Their volunteers are very important to the work they do. They lend a hand, spread the word, give support, help at fundraising and awareness events and generally do what needs doing at busy times. They quite simply could not do without them.

Types of roles we can always use some assistance with:

- Helping at events or collections - setting up and clearing away
- Reception duties 
- Gardening or general odd jobs 
- Administration work 
- Helping at training sessions or workshops - meeting, greeting, making refreshments
