Human Kind Café is proud to offer a wide range of flexible volunteer opportunities for those aged 16 and over, helping support our welcoming community space in the heart of Billericay High Street.

From front of house roles greeting guests, serving food and drinks and creating a warm atmosphere, to supporting weekly activities including crochet club, social groups, board games and story time sessions, there is something for everyone to get involved with.

They also offer behind-the-scenes support roles including administration, cleaning and pot washing, all helping the café run smoothly day-to-day. Their flexible rota system allows volunteers to choose shifts that suit them up to 30 days in advance, with no requirement to commit to the same shift each week.
